What we collect

When you contact us. Your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the service you selected, your message, any budget you mention, and the page you sent it from. We use this to answer you and to keep a record of the enquiry.

When you subscribe. Your email address and where on the site you subscribed. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

When you order. Your name, email, phone and shipping address, plus what you bought. Card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store them.

When you have an account. Your name, email, profile image if you upload one, and authentication records.

When you click a merchant link.The product clicked, the referring page, your browser’s user agent, and a salted one-way hash of your IP address. See the affiliate disclosure.

Who we share it with

Our payment processor (Stripe), our email provider, and our analytics provider where you have consented. We do not sell personal data.

Following a merchant link takes you to that merchant’s site, where their own privacy policy applies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and orders are retained while there is a business or legal reason to keep them. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
