Using this site
By using this website you agree to these terms. Axora Group operates the site and the boutique.
Products we sell directly
Where a product page offers Add to bag, we are the seller. Prices are shown in US dollars and payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. We confirm your order by email; that confirmation forms the contract.
Stock is limited and shown on the product page where we track it. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund in full.
Products sold by merchants
Where a product page offers Buy at [merchant], we are not the seller. Your purchase is with that merchant, under their terms, at their price. Their policies govern payment, delivery, returns and warranty. We are not party to that transaction and cannot resolve disputes arising from it. Prices we display for those items are indicative and may be out of date.
Returns on our own products
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return of an unused item in its original packaging. Made-to-order pieces and original artworks are excluded unless they arrive damaged.
Services
Property management, styling, digital and real-estate work are governed by a separate written agreement signed before work begins. Nothing on this site is an offer of those services on fixed terms.
